Common questions
- My progress disappeared: Guest progress lives on one device. Sign in with Apple or Google to keep it across devices, your guest progress is carried over when you sign in.
- Delete my account: In the iOS app under Me, or on sjakki.no under Account. 30 day grace period.
- chess.com connection: Add your chess.com username under Me to see statistics and reviews of those games. Only public game history is fetched.
- Found a bug? Email us what happened and which device you use. Screenshots help a lot.
